Nominations are gathered from previous customers and the public. Once each category’s allocation is met, entries progress to a panel of industry expert judges, who evaluate using publicly sourced information – about nominee’s core values and services, testimonials, website content and social media platforms – to determine the winner. Each case is assessed individually, with a focus on how teams harness more effective processes or ideas to improve their sector, grow profits and/or offer a more successful service.
